Students can apply for a work permit at the CHS Career Center during the school year. During the summer months, "Vacation Work Permits" are processed at the CUSD District Office in Student Services.  Bring the following items when applying for a work permit.

• ID - California ID or Student ID

• Completed work permit form signed by your parent/guardian and employer
